Stevige wandelschoenen zijn wat minder geschikt, die werken wat belemmerend bij de oefeningen. Je loopt in een groep, dus een extra motivatie om mee te doen. Het is een low-impact training, dat betekent dat het weinig belastend is voor je gewrichten En, PowerWalk ondersteunt bij de vetverbranding. Dit komt omdat je hartslag op ongeveer 60-70% van haar maximale capaciteit komt. En dat is de perfecte modus voor je lichaam voor een effici\u00ebnte stofwisseling (lees: vetverbranding). Natuurlijk op het tempo wat jij aankan, je moet nog wel kunnen praten. Een goede graadmeter en maakt het PowerWalk meteen ook een hele gezellige bezigheid. Onderweg geniet je van de mooie omgeving en doen we ook nog wat spierversterkende oefeningen. Hiervoor maken we gebruik van bankjes, hekjes en trappetjes etc. We ronden de les af met een cooling down.
